Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, all our products are suitable for all skin type. However, if you're allergic to any ingredients, do take a look at our full list of ingredients on our product pages before making a purchase. If in doubt, please check with your dermatologist.
My product is not working properly, can I get a refund/replacement?
Any defects should be reported (via ig dm or email) after you opened and use the product. We will require you to take a photo/video to show us the defect. We will provide an appropriate remedy depending on the defect. There will not be any replacement made if the defects are caused by the the end-user.
Are your products safe for pregnant ladies?
Not to worry, our products are free from parabens, sulfates, and none of the nasties.

What forms of payment does your shop accept ?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayNow, Grabpay We use woo commerce payment for our credit/debit cards. It's 100% safe!
How to use discount codes?
If you have any existing discount code, you can apply it at the checkout page (above the payment types). If your code is not working, drop us a Direct Message on our Instagram and we will get back to you ASAP 🙂
How to check order status?
All local orders will receive update via our courier Express. The tracking will be sent via Email. Do check your Spam Folder. If you don't get an Email update via Express within 2-3 working days, drop us a Direct Message on Instagram or email us [email protected].
How is shipping fee calculated?
For local orders, it is a flat fee of $3.50, waived for purchase SGD $40 and above.
I received an incorrect item. How do I go about getting my correct Item?
In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please drop us a Direct Message on Instagram or Email us with: your order number and what you received. We will arrange for a new parcel to be delivered to your doorstep.
